Use the ApplicationBar / ApplicationBarPanel / ApplicationBarDock

When we read in Microsoft documentation, the AppBar has been developped for Windows 8 and must be used throug Page.TopAppBar, Page.DownAppBar, etc...

Do you have any sample on how to use your controls in a standard WPF Application?

  1. You must use ApplicationBar through metro:Window.ApplicationBar. ApplicationBar displays in bottom of your Window by right click or by manually set IsOpen property to True
  2. ApplicationBarPanel is an internal control for ApplicationBar ControlTemplate
  3. You can use ApplicationBarDock to align your command button to left or right.

Thanks! The applicationBar is now working!

Do you thing adding Windows 8 like functionnality, which would be to show the application bar when positionning the cursor for a certain period at the bottom? Would be nice to set the docking position of the applicationBar (left, right, down, top)

Do you have any simple on how to use the ApplicationBarDock?

Thanks for your quick reply! Great work!
